As a Gallery Condo homeowner you are required to notify the GCOA board of all renters. Please complete the form below to register all long-term renters. This information will be used for emergency notification needs only. The unit owner will be held responsible for any Gallery Condominiums Owner Association by-law violations.
In addition, there is a move-in fee of $250 each time a renter moves into a unit. Please send payment to First Service Residential.
